As part of the national project “Shoulder to Shoulder: United Communities,” the Siversk community of Donetsk Oblast and the Dubrynychi community of Zakarpattia Oblast expanded their partnership by signing a trilateral cooperation memorandum with the 427th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade “Raroh”.
The document was signed by Oleksii Vorobiov, Head of the Siversk City Military Administration; Liubov Laver, Head of the Dubrynychi Village Council; and Colonel Serhii Mazorchuk, commander of the brigade.
The cooperation framework provides for coordinated efforts in the fields of national resistance preparedness, patriotic education of young people, promotion of civic responsibility, and preparation of citizens to defend Ukraine’s independence and territorial integrity.
According to Oleksii Vorobiov, during wartime it is especially important to strengthen patriotic education, equip civilians with essential skills for national resistance, and support military personnel and their families. Within the partnership, the parties plan to implement educational, cultural, awareness-raising, and sports initiatives aimed at enhancing Ukraine’s defense capabilities.
The partners also intend to deepen cooperation in supporting the Defense Forces, exchanging experience, and implementing joint projects that will foster community cohesion and strengthen the resilience of Ukrainian society.
