This was announced by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Oblast State Administration and head of the regional military administration.

This season was her first competing as an adult, but Polina immediately established herself among the best. She competed in seven stages of the World Series, finishing in the top 10 in six of them, and won silver medals in Alcobendas and Guyana.

At the World Cup stage in Wuzhan, Polina set a personal best and, at the same time, a new Ukrainian record—she cleared the 15-meter wall in 6.345 seconds.

At the end of the season, she earned 3,620 points and took second place in the overall standings, trailing only the reigning world record holder, Emma Hunt of the United States.

Polina is a Master of Sports of Ukraine and a representative of the Donetsk Region School of Higher Sports Excellence. She is coached by Yaroslav Tkach and Ihor Tyapkin.
