To mark International Chefs and Culinary Professionals Day, the regional culinary challenge “Delicious Creativity” is kicking off in the Donetsk region. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, share your signature recipes, and inspire everyone with delicious treats.
Students from educational institutions, as well as teachers, are invited to participate; the event is organized by the Donetsk Youth Palace “Yunist”
The competition will be held in 5 age categories:
Category I – 7–10 years old
Category II – 11–14 years old
Category III – 15–18 years old
Category IV – 19–21 years old
Category V – “Teachers”
Categories:
– “Palette of Flavors” photo contest – submit one high-quality, aesthetically pleasing original photograph of a finished dish or the fascinating process of preparing it.
– “Skilled Chef” video contest – film a short video about the process of creating a culinary masterpiece with a beautiful presentation of the result (clear sound, voice-over commentary, or nice background music are encouraged).
The culinary challenge will begin on October 7 and run through October 20, 2026.
Submissions are due by October 14, 2026 (inclusive). Please send your application form and contest entry to the Palace’s email address [email protected] with the subject line “Delicious Creativity.”
Online voting – From October 16 through October 18, 2026 (inclusive), voting will be open on the Palace’s official website, yunist.org.ua. Anyone who wants to can vote for their favorites!
