Following the attack on Sloviansk with cluster munitions, the city’s territory has been heavily contaminated with lethal fragments.
Explosive ordnance disposal teams from the State Emergency Service conducted a detailed survey of residential areas. Over an area of 6,300 square meters, they detected and neutralized 83 cumulative warheads.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast.
We urge residents to be as careful as possible! Cluster munitions can detonate from the slightest touch or change in position. If you see a suspicious object, do not approach it and immediately call 101!
