Participants in the “Carpathian Shift” program from Donetsk Oblast tried to convey their impressions of Zakarpattia through art. Some drew the historic Schönborn Castle, others depicted their favorite spots within the complex, and still others recreated the familiar photo spot featuring a heart and the word “Carpathians,” where hundreds of visitors take photos every day.
Such activities help children not only develop their creative abilities but also preserve, in their own way, memories of the places that impressed them the most. After all, sometimes a few colors and a sheet of paper can convey emotions better than many words.
The “Carpathian Shift” project is being implemented at the initiative of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, with the support of the Office of the President of Ukraine, regional military administrations, and the Ukrainian Football Association.
We sincerely thank the project’s organizers and partners for the opportunity to combine recreation, creativity, development, and new experiences for the children.
