From August 21 to 31, the training camp of the Donetsk Oblast aerobics team took place in Vorokhta (Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast).
Young athletes from Myrnohrad and Hirnyk - pupils of the Regional Children's Sports School and the Kurakhiv City Council's KDYUSSH - took part in the training camp.
For 10 days, the young athletes, under the guidance of coaches Ilona Karpenko, Olena Kutseva and Tetyana Kucheruk, practiced new individual and collective compositions, improved their physical and psychological training.
The training camp was not only training but also educational:
- the participants joined the patriotic race "I honor the soldiers, I run for the Heroes of Ukraine";
- took part in an environmental campaign dedicated to World Cleanup Day;
- the program ended with a festive event organized by the Parents' Committee, during which they received a personalized FSAFDO banner with the motto "Energy in Every Movement": "Energy in every movement, strength in unity!"
The leadership of the federation expresses its sincere gratitude to the Myrnohrad and Kurakhiv city councils, as well as the parent committee for their continued support in the development of sports aerobics in Donetsk region.
