Employment Service Helped Return to a Beloved Profession: Success Story of Oleksandr from Kramatorsk

Published 03 September 2025 year, 13:02

Despite all the difficulties of forced relocation, IDPs from Donetsk region are finding new opportunities and starting new chapters in their lives. One example is the story of Oleksandr, a young resident of Kramatorsk.

By profession, he is a metrologist and also has experience working as a logistics specialist in a large company. However, the war forced him to leave his beloved profession and take a job as a security guard to support himself and help his family.

In March, after losing his job, Oleksandr turned to the Employment Service. During an individual consultation, he expressed his main desire — to return to the logistics field. Specialists helped him prepare a CV, identified the best job search directions, and provided relevant vacancies both in his home region and in other Ukrainian cities.

Thanks to this support, Oleksandr found an interesting opportunity with IDS Aqua Service LLC in Morshyn. After a successful online interview, he has been working there in his specialty since June.

“I am glad to be back in my beloved profession. Here in Morshyn, I have a great team and wonderful prospects. This is a new stage in my life,” shares Oleksandr.
