On the eve of the new school year, educators from the Pokrovsk and Sheptytska communities met as part of the national project "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities."
Representatives of the Department of Education, the Center for Professional Development, and heads of educational institutions in Pokrovsk paid a working visit to the Sheptytska community.
The meeting began with a roundtable discussion at the city council, where they discussed
- challenges in education during the war,
- creating a safe environment for students and teachers,
- development of a culture of support and civic resilience.
As a token of gratitude for hosting the young Pokrovsk residents in June, the delegation presented a symbolic applique with the coats of arms of both communities.
The guests also honored the memory of the fallen heroes on the Walk of Fame.
This meeting became the basis for new educational projects and cooperation between the communities.
