The regional round of the mini-company competition, held on April 21 as part of the Junior Achievement Ukraine project, served as a platform for students to showcase their creativity, perseverance, and entrepreneurial spirit. At the start of the initiative, teams from various regions, including Donetsk Oblast, participated, but only the strongest made it to the finals.
It is particularly noteworthy that the EduJoy mini-company was the only team from Donetsk Oblast that managed to confidently reach the finals. The project, created by students of the Pokrovsk Pedagogical Vocational College under the guidance of instructors Svitlana Dzyuba and Olga Zhmurenko, secured a convincing victory, taking first place, and the team earned the right to represent the Donetsk region at the all-Ukrainian “Company of the Year 2026” competition, where the best youth initiatives from across the country will compete.
Throughout the year, the participants actively developed their project: they presented it at an international fair in Estonia, took part in events in Dnipro, joined the EU Code Week hackathon, and worked on promoting their product online.
Their goal is inspiring: to ensure that every child looks forward to learning and discovering new knowledge. The mini-company EduJoy creates educational games that combine learning and play, helping children master key subjects with enthusiasm.
Ahead lies the crucial national-level stage, which opens up new opportunities and prospects for the team’s development.
