Creating New Jobs? The State Will Compensate Your Unified Social Contribution (USC) Costs!

Supporting small businesses is one of the key priorities of the state employment policy. If you are a small business entity and hire registered unemployed individuals for newly created jobs, you may receive compensation for the actual costs of paying the Unified Social Contribution (USC).

Who can receive compensation?

Small business entities that employ registered unemployed persons referred by an employment center to newly created jobs.

What is compensated?

The employer’s actual expenses for paying the Unified Social Contribution (USC) for the employed workers.

For how long is the compensation provided?

Compensation is paid for 12 months from the date the unemployed person is hired for the new position.

This is additional financial support for businesses, helping reduce personnel costs while attracting motivated employees.

To receive compensation, an employer must contact an employment center and hire a registered unemployed person for a newly created job in accordance with legal requirements.
