The Svyatogorsk City Community continues to develop inter-community cooperation as part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities.”
As part of the project, a joint online event was held focusing on tolerance, mutual respect, and support. Participants from the Svyatogorsk City Community in Donetsk Oblast, the Chemerovetsk Town Community in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, and the Velykoberezovytska Town Community in Ternopil Oblast joined the meeting.
During the event, participants discussed the importance of fostering a tolerant attitude toward one another and developing a culture of mutual respect and support, and they also shared their own thoughts and experiences regarding effective communication and mutual understanding.
Galina Kovalenko, a clinical psychologist at the Svyatogorsk secondary school, joined the event and shared professional recommendations on creating a safe communication environment, developing emotional intelligence, and fostering a friendly atmosphere within teams.
Holding such events helps strengthen friendly ties between communities, establish effective cooperation, and foster an atmosphere of trust, mutual support, and unity.
