The Donetsk Regional Employment Center invites women to join the thematic week “Women Inspire,” which will take place March 9–13, 2026, in both online and offline formats.
This initiative is a space for development, support, and professional growth for women who seek confident changes in their lives and careers. Over the course of five days, participants will gain practical knowledge and tools that will help them:
• find a balance between work and family;
• develop leadership skills;
• confidently plan career steps and discover new opportunities.
The program is aimed at strengthening inner resources, shaping clear professional goals, and supporting women who are looking for a job or considering a career restart.
