As part of the development of vocational education and the improvement of the material and technical base of vocational education institutions in Donetsk Oblast, the Kramatorsk Center for Vocational and Technical Education, relocated to Dnipro, has opened a new training and production workshop for the profession of "Hairdresser (hairdresser-stylist)."

The creation of a modern educational space has become an important step in ensuring high-quality training for students, developing their professional competencies, and bringing the educational process closer to the real conditions of future professional activity.

"We are creating not just a workshop, but a comfortable and modern educational space where every student can develop their professional competencies and confidently prepare for work in real conditions," said Artem Sorochinsky, director of the institution, at the opening of the workshop.

The newly created space provides modern conditions for organizing practical training, practicing practical skills, and introducing the latest technologies in the field of hairdressing.

From February 23 to 27, the first 12 students underwent practical training directly in the workshop. This limited format was chosen not only for safety reasons, but also to ensure high-quality practical skills training, the opportunity to pay attention to each student, and the development of their professional skills.

Other students mastered the program remotely, combining theoretical knowledge with home practice. In the future, attendance at production training classes is planned to be systematic, which will allow each student to gain the necessary practical experience and consistently improve their professional skills.

Practical training was carried out under the guidance of production training master Marina Letenko and special subjects teacher Lyubov Roman, who provided appropriate methodological support and a high level of professional training for students.

Particular attention was paid to modern colouring technologies. As part of their industrial training, the students took part in a professional master class on "Gray Hair Coloring," conducted by trainer Olga Piskoha, a regional technologist at a paint manufacturing company. Participants learned about innovative approaches to coloring, the specifics of working with professional products, and modern coloring techniques, and received certificates upon completion of the training.

The results of the practical training demonstrated the effectiveness of combining modern material and technical resources, a practice-oriented approach, and cooperation with representatives of the professional community. The institution's future activities will be aimed at expanding practical training opportunities, introducing innovative methods, and strengthening partnerships with beauty industry professionals.
