This was announced by Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Chief of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
The program is taking place in Poland from August 3 to August 16. A total of 48 children from every region of Ukraine and the city of Kyiv are participating.
The participants include children of war veterans, individuals with outstanding service to the nation, participants in the Revolution of Dignity who were affected by the events, as well as children of fallen and deceased Defenders of Ukraine.
During the visit, the children will have the opportunity to explore Polish culture and traditions, take part in educational activities, interact with their peers, and enjoy new experiences. Programs like this help children feel supported, make new friends, and discover new opportunities for personal growth.
"I would like to thank the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine and our Polish partners for supporting children whose families have been affected by the war.
I wish our children a wonderful trip, unforgettable experiences, and a safe return home," Vadym Filashkin said.
