In 2025, 704 residents of Donetsk who needed such assistance were resettled in safer regions of Ukraine.
In particular, families with children are being evacuated to Zakarpattia Oblast, where, thanks to the joint efforts of the Zakarpattia Oblast State Administration, international partners and charitable organizations, temporary accommodation for families with children has been prepared and equipped.
Yesterday, on May 20, 3 families with children - residents of Druzhkivka and Zolotyi Kolodyazh - were evacuated to Beregovo, Zakarpattia Oblast, where they were accommodated free of charge and provided with social support in applying for housing allowance, psychological and medical assistance.
The evacuation of these families was carried out in cooperation with the Donetsk Regional State Administration, the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration, JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, the Charitable Foundation “Vostok SOS”, and the NGO “Proliska”.
At the transit point, the evacuees received humanitarian and psychological assistance and were provided with hot meals. International organizations have registered people for one-time financial assistance in the amount of UAH 10,800 per person.
