On August 8, 2026, the Carpathian YOMP 2026 charity march will take place in the Ivano-Frankivsk region—an event that brings together veterans, military personnel, and civilians to support Ukraine’s wounded defenders and veterans.
YOMP (Your Own March Pace) is a long-distance veterans’ march in which each participant covers the distance at their own pace. The event aims to build endurance, overcome personal challenges, strengthen bonds of camaraderie, and support the physical and psychological rehabilitation of veterans. The event’s main motto: “We fight together. We recover together.”
Participants can choose one of three distances: 40 km; 60 km; 80 km.
All funds raised during the event will go toward supporting wounded Defenders of Ukraine and veterans.
Event Schedule
- August 7—Charity concert featuring NAVKA, Foma, and Arsen Mirzoyan.
- August 8—Carpathian YOMP 2026 charity march (6:00 AM–8:00 PM).
- August 9—Sports activities and workshops led by the Iron Warriors team.
Those who do not plan to complete the course can register just for the festival days and join the concert program, sports activities, workshops, and relaxation among like-minded people.
The goal of the event is to support the sports rehabilitation of veterans, promote an active lifestyle, and strengthen international veteran cooperation.
The organizer is the charitable organization “YANKO Charitable Foundation,” under the patronage of the National Council for Sports Rehabilitation of Ukraine’s Defenders, as part of the “LIVE TOWARD THE FUTURE” platform initiated by PUMB.
