The Government has adopted a set of decisions aimed at developing the labor market — providing support for both individuals and businesses. These include changes in employment, education, taxation, and social protection, all focused on creating new jobs, improving workforce skills, and stimulating entrepreneurial activity.
Veterans:
Wages for community service work — up to 16,000 UAH;
Employers receive 100% wage compensation (up to 1.5 times the minimum wage) for 6 months;
Support specialists assist veterans with grants, training, and unemployment status registration.
Digital Ecosystem “Obrii”
Through the Diia app, users will be able to:
Register unemployment status;
Apply for financial assistance;
Officially resign from temporarily occupied territories (TOT);
Receive a grant of up to 15,000 UAH for retraining.
The system will automatically suggest job vacancies based on skills and experience.
Proactive Support
If a person does not find employment within 60 days, the Employment Service will proactively offer job opportunities, training, or a grant.
Unified Qualifications Register
Provides open access to an up-to-date database of professions, standards, and development opportunities.
