This annual event recognizes those who serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, work for victory on the home front, achieve success in education, sports, creativity, volunteering, and community activities.
Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin, congratulating the participants, sincerely thanked each of them for their work, determination, and faith in the development of the region even amid the full-scale war:
“Today in this hall is the best youth of Donetsk region: military personnel, members of the Security Service, police officers, State Emergency Service staff, and civilіans. During the war, you have seen more than many adults do in a lifetime. I am proud of you, and Donetsk region is proud of you! On this festive day, I wish you good health and a swift victory that will put an end to this horror. Glory to Ukraine!”
