To ensure that every child feels safe and knows how to protect themselves, SES experts held an educational event on mine safety for preschoolers from Donetsk Oblast who currently live in Dnipro.
The rescuers told the kids about the dangers of explosive devices in a playful way, explained how to recognize them and what to do if they are found. With the help of illustrations and examples, the children learned that they should not touch unknown things, especially those that look like toys or are left in unusual places.
The main rule that everyone memorized was that if a suspicious object is found, you should immediately move to a safe distance and inform adults.
Such meetings are extremely important, as it is in childhood that an understanding of the rules of safe behavior is formed.
