The municipal institution "Donetsk Regional Social Center for Mothers and Children", which was forcibly relocated due to hostilities in the Donetsk region, has resumed 24-hour work in Dnipropetrovsk region.
The institution provides assistance to women in late pregnancy and mothers with children who find themselves in difficult life circumstances. During martial law, the municipal institution also accepts women with children under 14 years of age.
Among the main services provided by the municipal institution:
- provision of temporary shelter and free meals;
- psychological assistance, psychodiagnostics and support in crisis situations;
- legal and information consultations, assistance in document processing;
- social and household and social and medical services;
- support in employment;
- consultations on raising children and protecting the rights of families.
The municipal institution is equipped with everything necessary for the stay of mothers and children: living rooms, bathrooms, showers, a washing machine, a kitchen, cots, toys and hygiene products.

The resumption of the municipal institution will allow to provide full social support to women and children from the Donetsk region, and will also facilitate their further evacuation to safe regions of the country.
