A working meeting was held to discuss the new version of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1364 of December 6, 2022 (as amended) and problematic issues related to amendments to the List of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the military administrations of settlements, district state administrations, and district military administrations.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the provisions of the new version of the resolution and the new rules for determining territories of combat operations and temporarily occupied territories. They focused on the practical aspects of applying the updated rules, as well as the impact of the changes on the activities of state authorities and local self-government bodies.
They also discussed the specifics of preparing and submitting proposals by the Donetsk Regional State Administration regarding amendments to the relevant List. They talked about the need for proper documentary evidence, consistency of information, and compliance with established procedures when preparing and submitting materials.
Participants exchanged practical experience and developed common approaches to ensure timely and correct amendments to the List in accordance with current legislation.
