



Assistance for IDPs is not only about food packages or cash payments. For many, the most important need is the ability to feel that they are not left alone with their problems and experiences.
Sometimes there is a lack of communication, a desire to find friends, to feel needed, to take a break from everyday worries, to share warmth and life experience, and to get in a good mood. Women's clubs established at humanitarian hubs/centers are a space of trust, strength and mutual support.
The "Heart of the East" IDP support center in Lviv (tel. 096 662 09 60) has a women's club called "Flower of Hope" - a space where every woman is valuable, strong, creative, and can feel unique and valuable. Various topics of meetings, the program of which consists of master classes, creative drawing, art therapy activities, cozy tea drinking in an atmosphere of female unity and harmony.
In the IDP support center of Kramatorsk district "MiRazom" in Dnipro (tel. 098 230 77 03), a women's club "Free and Strong" was created, which is a space of support, strength and warmth, where meetings with a nutritionist, psychologist are organized, master classes and board games are held, where women gather to communicate, spend time together and get inspired.
On the basis of the humanitarian hub "Avdiivka. We can do it. Brovary" there is a club called "SuperVIK" (tel. 063 374 66 90), where people celebrate holidays and memorable days in a warm and friendly atmosphere, meet with like-minded people and psychologists, where everyone feels important and needed and will always find support.
The SELIDOVO.UA IDP Support Center in Kamianske (tel. 0800336454) is home to a women's sports club, which offers dynamic training and a great opportunity to improve health and get a boost of energy in an atmosphere of mutual support, sincere inspiration and positive emotions.
The Golden Age Club, established at the YaMariupol IDP Support Center in Zaporizhzhia (tel. 050 399 20 35), is a place of strength where everyone can find friends, recover resources, and fill their lives with new meaning. The Golden Age clubs host meetings, themed evenings and evenings of reminiscence, competitions and entertainment programs, exhibitions of club members' works, celebrations, tea parties, literary dialogues, etc.
