A tourism and sports event titled “Tourism on the Move Across Ukraine” took place in Kropyvnytskyi, organized for children and youth by the Donetsk Regional Center for Tourism and Local History for Schoolchildren.
The goal of the event was to promote active and meaningful leisure activities, develop practical tourism skills, physical activity, and creative abilities.
The event’s program was rich and varied, combining sports, tourism, and creative activities. Participants navigated a sports maze, demonstrating agility, attentiveness, coordination, and quick thinking, and tested their accuracy in archery while learning the basics of aiming and concentration.
A separate area was dedicated to hiking knots, where anyone interested could learn how to tie them correctly and discover their uses during hiking trips and journeys. The creative atmosphere was complemented by a workshop on making and decorating wooden crafts, during which participants demonstrated their imagination and creativity, crafting vibrant and original pieces with their own hands.
Participants actively engaged in the proposed activities, discovering new opportunities for recreation, learning, and collaborative work. Hands-on tasks, physical exercises, and teamwork helped them have a fun time, test their abilities, learn to work together, and gain valuable experience in a relaxed setting.
