Thanks to the mobile format, residents gained access to services and administrative decisions without having to return to the frontline territory. This practice has proven to be an effective tool for supporting displaced persons and maintaining communication between the city administration and its residents.
The Lyman City Military Administration will continue to hold mobile receptions to respond promptly to the needs of citizens.
