This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Chief of the Regional Military Administration.

On August 13, the eighth thematic shift of 2026—"Code of the Nation: United by Ukraine"—launched there. The session welcomed children requiring special social attention and support, particularly those forced to leave their homes due to the war.

Ahead of them are workshops, creative studios, discussions on Ukraine's future, team-building games, and work on their own social and cultural projects. All of this will help the children discover themselves, learn to work together, and feel more confident in bringing their ideas to life.

For them, these few weeks offer an opportunity to change their environment, take a break from daily stress, make new friends, and feel the natural rhythm of childhood once again.

The vouchers for "Artek" were provided free of charge by the Ministry of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine as part of a state child support program.
