On July 1, 2026, the Government approved amendments to the Procedure for the Use of Funds Allocated in the State Budget for Partial Compensation of the Cost of Domestically Produced Agricultural Machinery and Equipment, approved by Resolution No. 130 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 1, 2017.

From now on, farmers who have at least 80% of their land plots located in areas of potential or active hostilities included in the List of Territories (approved by order of the Ministry of Development in the version effective as of April 7, 2026), excluding plots located in temporarily occupied territories.

To receive compensation for the cost of purchased machinery or equipment, the agricultural producer must be registered in the specified territories and listed in the State Agricultural Register at https://www.dar.gov.ua

The agricultural producer must select a supplier from the List on the Ministry of Economy’s website, purchase the necessary machinery, and submit an application and supporting documents (including an extract from the State Agrarian Register and a certificate from the territorial office of the State Geocadastre) to an authorized bank.

Since the beginning of the year, 18 agricultural producers in the Donetsk region have submitted applications for partial compensation for 38 units of Ukrainian-made machinery and equipment with a total value of 47.7 million UAH.
