Finding a job is possible even in the most challenging times — the key is to have support and not be afraid of change.
This is proven by the story of Ms. Nataliia from Sloviansk. After losing her job, she turned to the Employment Service specialists for help. For more than four years, Nataliia had worked in a bank, and recently she earned a second higher education degree in psychology. However, she did not yet have experience in her new field.
Together with her career advisor, Nataliia decided to expand her search horizons and consider vacancies not only in her city but also across Ukraine. This approach opened more opportunities for her. At the same time, she actively participated in online trainings organized by the Employment Service — on job search techniques, professional skill development, and maintaining mental health.
