The Ministry of Digital Transformation invites you to join Digital Literacy Month, an annual initiative aimed at improving the digital skills of Ukrainians. The campaign aims to promote digital literacy and spread knowledge about the digital skills necessary for life and work.
The initiative is being implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation through the Unified State Web Portal for Digital Education "Dія.Osvita." The project includes over 225 free educational series, simulators, and tests, as well as a network of 5,000 offline digital education hubs across the country.
Thanks to the "Dія.Освіта" portal, over 6 million Ukrainians have already joined digital skills development programs. The next step is to strengthen the knowledge that will help protect citizens in the digital environment.
In the context of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, digital knowledge is crucial for countering propaganda and disinformation, recognizing fakes, effectively using digital technologies for personal safety, contributing to victory, and ensuring the country's sustainable development.
We invite you to join the "Digital Literacy Month" information campaign, which will run from November 1 to 30, 2025.
To support your efforts in this area, the Ministry of Digital Transformation offers access to free resources that will help increase digital literacy.
