Despite the extremely difficult planning conditions, even in the short term, the Donetsk region continues to participate in the public investment reform.
At a meeting of the Regional Investment Council under the Donetsk Regional State Administration, the submitted public investment projects were reviewed. These projects correspond to the Medium-Term Plan of Priority Public Investments of the Donetsk Region for 2026–2028 and may be financed from the state budget. Unfortunately, under current conditions, there are not many projects that can be implemented in the region.
“We discussed the key directions of public investments, as well as projects that will strengthen the region’s resilience and ensure clear communication with the public.
I thank all participants for their objectivity and constructive approach.
We are working to ensure that every invested hryvnia brings maximum benefit to the residents of Donetsk region,” emphasized Vadym Filashkin.
