The progress of the heating season in the regions was reported at a meeting of the профильний штаб (specialized task force) chaired by the Vice Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine and Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, Oleksii Kuleba.
Participants discussed response algorithms in the event of enemy shelling and severe weather conditions.
In Donetsk Oblast, where the security situation allows, heating systems are operating at full capacity.
Local authorities and municipal services are on the ground and are doing everything necessary to ensure the functioning of infrastructure, even in the most challenging conditions.
Heat supply, water supply, and wastewater facilities across the region are equipped with diesel and gasoline generators of various capacities, fully provided with fuel and lubricants.
In addition, 68 Points of Invincibility are operating around the clock in the oblast.
“I am grateful to all specialists for their incredible work in conditions close to the front line, and to the central government for its constant attention to the problems of the regions,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
