From the first days of the full-scale invasion, the authorities, police, SES and volunteers have been working together for the same purpose - to save lives.
Vadym Filashkin, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, inspected the work of the hubs in Kharkiv and Dnipro regions, talked to the residents of the region who are temporarily staying there, as well as to those who help them on a daily basis - volunteers and philanthropists.
The head of the region discussed directly with volunteers and philanthropists the algorithms for providing assistance, finding solutions for difficult life situations of IDPs and the issue of evacuation from frontline communities.
