Key issues of the housing and utilities sector in Donetsk region were discussed, including financial support for regional enterprises, implementation of the 2026 Comprehensive Resilience Plan, and measures to protect fuel and energy infrastructure facilities.
Special attention was paid to the efficient use of budget funds and the prioritization of tasks — in times of increased risks, every hryvnia must work for the safety and lives of people.
All managers were given relevant instructions, with an emphasis on maximizing financial efficiency and clearly identifying priority needs.
Following the meeting, it was decided to update the Comprehensive Resilience Plan in a new edition. The updated plan will serve as a tool for rapid response and ensure the uninterrupted operation of the region’s critical systems.
Donetsk region remains resilient even in the most challenging conditions.
