The key priorities were assistance to our people — first and foremost internally displaced persons and veterans — as well as ensuring the stable operation of municipal enterprises, institutions, and facilities both within the region and those that have been relocated.
“I paid special attention to ensuring that relocated educational institutions are fully provided with everything they need. It is important that our children who were forced to leave feel that they are cared for.
We also addressed support for family-type children’s homes, scholarships for talented students from Donetsk region, the development and support of gifted children, and the optimization of the educational network taking into account the security situation.
Special words of gratitude go to our municipal workers. Thanks to their responsibility and professionalism, the region successfully made it through the heating season and withstood one of the most difficult winters.
