Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, attended the Carpathian Forum of Hromadas and Regions, held within the framework of the International Summit "Carpathian Integration Initiative."
The forum served as a platform for representatives from diverse territories to discuss inter-hromada and inter-regional cooperation strategies.
Sustainable Partnerships & Governance: Panel discussions focused on building long-term partnerships, enhancing interaction across different levels of government, and developing joint solution mechanisms.
European Regional Policy: Discussions highlighted European approaches to regional policy, emphasizing the necessity of tailoring strategies to the specific characteristics and needs of each territory.
Practical Relevance for Donetsk Oblast: Regional leadership highlighted that displaced residents, institutions, and businesses from Donetsk Oblast are currently operating across various regions of Ukraine, making active partnership-building and cross-regional cooperation essential for local hromadas.

Our people, institutions, and businesses are working across different regions of Ukraine today, while our hromadas are increasingly seeking partners and new opportunities for cooperation.
