Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, attended the President of Ukraine Hand-to-Hand Combat Cup, which brought together 127 athletes representing 11 military formations, law enforcement agencies, and rescue services.

Inclusion of Veterans & Wounded Warriors: For the first time, the tournament featured active-duty military personnel who sustained injuries and veterans, highlighting their resilience and continued dedication to sports and physical recovery.
