Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, along with officials from the Zakarpattia region, visited KARPATY International School & Community Space in Perechyn.
This new educational space is being created by a team from a Kramatorsk-based business. The plan is to combine the Ukrainian curriculum with elements of the Cambridge program, teach some subjects in English, and set up STEM labs for the students.
Importantly, the school will also welcome children from the Donetsk region who were forced to leave their hometowns and villages due to the war.
During his visit, Vadym Filashkin toured the school’s future facilities and thanked the project team for creating a modern educational space for children.
