A substantive conversation took place between the head of Donetsk Oblast and military personnel, educators, representatives of the Donetsk Oblast Youth Council, and specialists from the psychological service of the regional territorial recruitment center.

Now, when the country is fighting for its existence, military service is not only a manifestation of patriotism.
Contract service for young people opens up new prospects: the opportunity for career growth in the military, mastering new in-demand professions, and financial incentives.
Therefore, it is important that representatives of the units have the opportunity to honestly and openly tell graduates about military service, available positions, requirements for candidates, and everything else that may be of interest to young people. To this end, we will involve representatives of educational institutions who have been mentors and assistants to our youth for many years.
It is important that we have a common vision for further work in this direction.
