The Druzhkivka community collected books for Ukrainian soldiers as part of the "Gift a Book to a Defender" campaign initiated by the Donetsk Regional State Administration.

Employees of the military administration, culture, education, social institutions, as well as concerned residents joined the collection. They gathered several dozen Ukrainian-language books — fiction, contemporary prose, historical essays, and journalism. The books that make you think, distract you, help you believe again in simple and important things, and feel support in words.

The books, along with children's postcards, drawings, and wishes, were handed over by the head of the Druzhkivka Military Administration, Andriy Pankov, to medical institutions where the Defenders are undergoing treatment and rehabilitation. All of this is from the heart. Without unnecessary words. Just as a sign: we are here for you.
