The main topics were the evacuation of civilians to safer regions and the preparation of educational institutions for the winter.

For Donetsk Oblast, the first issue is particularly pressing. Due to constant Russian shelling, thousands of our people live in constant danger—we must help them relocate to safer regions and ensure they have adequate living conditions in their new locations.

As for education, in our region this primarily concerns schools that continue to operate in evacuation zones. It is important that they be prepared for cold weather and emergencies and be able to consistently ensure the educational process.

“I would like to thank Viktor Mykyta for his constant attention to the needs of the regions, and the regional leaders who are hosting our people—for their support, assistance with resettlement, and willingness to work together to resolve urgent issues.

We will continue to work to ensure that every resident of Donetsk Oblast who has been forced to leave their home feels the support of the state.”
