For Donetsk region, preparations for winter begin now. Together with local communities, wherever the security situation allows, we are working to ensure the readiness of housing stock, social infrastructure facilities, and heat, water, and energy supply systems.
Special attention was given to the condition of critical infrastructure, backup capacities, the operation of emergency services, and measures aimed at strengthening community resilience during the heating season.
Donetsk region is preparing for winter under wartime conditions, amid constant shelling and daily risks to infrastructure. Our task is to do everything possible to ensure that people have access to heat, water, electricity, and essential services even in the most challenging circumstances.
