The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko.
The head of Donetsk Regional State Administration reported on the current situation in Donetsk region. Due to enemy shelling, the situation with energy supply remains extremely difficult. Thanks to the work of our energy workers, electricity supply is maintained in those communities and in the volumes that are currently possible. Centralized heating is available in the communities where the security situation allows it.
Mobile communications in the region are functioning steadily. In case of shelling or emergency situations, base stations, infrastructure facilities, and utility companies are provided with alternative power sources and sufficient fuel reserves.
Donetsk region is prepared to operate under adverse weather conditions and potential threats to the energy system.
“I am grateful to the President and the Government for their special attention to and support of our region.
I thank energy workers, utility service employees, and infrastructure workers for their coordinated efforts despite the difficult situation.
Together, we are working for our people!” emphasized Vadym Filashkin.
