The meeting was moderated by Deputy Head of the Office of the President Viktor Mykyta. Key issues were presented by Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine Denys Uliutin.
The participants discussed topics that are of particular importance for Donetsk region: support for internally displaced persons, protection of children’s rights, employment opportunities for people with disabilities, and the development of community resilience.
“For our region, social policy means daily work with people who have lost their homes, were forced to evacuate, and need support, assistance, and attention from the state.
We keep our focus on children, families, veterans, people with disabilities, and everyone who today needs support.
We continue working together with the government and local communities to ensure that assistance is real and timely,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
