As part of the “Side by Side: United Communities” project, an online meeting was held between specialists from the Toretsk City Center for Social Services and the Kaniv City Center for Social Services.
The main goal of the meeting was to establish effective cooperation between communities, ensure timely information exchange, and coordinate efforts to identify families facing difficult life circumstances and in need of support.
During the meeting, participants discussed the importance of prompt cooperation to ensure a timely response to the needs of children and families in crisis situations. Particular attention was paid to issues of social support, assistance for vulnerable population groups, and the exchange of practical experience in the field of social services.
Separately, experts emphasized the importance of interagency cooperation and partnerships between communities, which contribute to improving the effectiveness of social work and ensuring the proper protection of children’s rights.
Such meetings are an important step toward strengthening cooperation between the Toretsk and Kaniv communities within the framework of the “Side by Side: United Communities” project, as it is through joint efforts that a safe social environment can be created and the necessary support provided to every family in need.
