The event took place at the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
Discussions focused on support for internally displaced persons and those affected by the war. For the Donetsk region, this is a matter of daily work: evacuation from dangerous areas, resettlement in safer regions, housing, employment, and access to social and administrative services.
They specifically discussed housing for IDPs and coordination between government agencies and regional authorities. Our goal is to ensure that, after evacuation, people have a real opportunity to rebuild their lives in a safer place.
“Today, communities in Donetsk Oblast are implementing 24 housing projects outside the region, designed to provide more than 4,000 apartments.
Together with the President’s team, Parliament, the Government, and local communities, we continue to seek systemic solutions for our people,” emphasized Vadym Filashkin.
