Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, took part in a high-level national meeting under the "Dialogue with Hromadas" (*Діалог з громадами*) framework, chaired by Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Viktor Mykyta.
The conference focused on the practical implementation of the national school nutrition reform initiative across local communities.

mplementation Status in Donetsk Oblast (2026–2027 Academic Year):
A total of 200 schools from Donetsk Oblast are currently operating during the 2026–2027 academic year.
Across 6 relocated schools that have organized in-person instruction in host regions, all 790 enrolled pupils are provided with 100% free hot meals.
