The meeting was chaired by Oleksiy Kuleba, Vice Prime Minister for Ukraine’s Reconstruction and Minister for Communities and Territories Development.
Participants discussed the implementation of a comprehensive program to support the functioning of frontline territories — systemic solutions designed to ensure stability and continuity of services in communities living under constant threat of shelling.
“I outlined the key issues that require urgent response at the national level. I emphasized that despite the deteriorating security situation, Donetsk region has launched the heating season in those settlements where it was technically possible and safe to do so.
We continue working to ensure that people who remain at home have access to basic services and support. Donetsk region stands firm and works for every citizen,” Vadym Filashkin stressed.
