To ensure your payments are calculated correctly, you must inform the Pension Fund within 10 days of any changes to your:
✅ passport or last name;
✅ contact details;
✅ bank account details;
✅ employment status, or the opening/closure of a business entity.
You can conveniently do this in several ways:
through the electronic portal https://portal.pfu.gov.ua;
in person at any PFU service center branch;
by mail, by sending the necessary documents via registered letter;
through your employer (if the changes relate to your employment).
Failing to report changes on time may result in overpayments that will have to be refunded.
