Timely inform the Pension Fund of Ukraine about receiving pensions/insurance payments from the pension authorities of the Russian Federation.
📢 You can report this fact in the following ways:
1️⃣ Through the “Remote Notification” tab in your personal account on the Pension Fund of Ukraine web portal https://www.pfu.gov.ua/.
, logging in with a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) or Diia.Signature, and marking that you do not receive pension or insurance payments from the pension authorities of the Russian Federation.
2️⃣ In a pension assignment or recalculation application, which can be submitted using QES via the personal account on the Pension Fund of Ukraine web portal https://www.pfu.gov.ua/ (instructions 👇).
💻 In the “Pension Provision” section, select “Application for Pension Assignment” or “Application for Pension Recalculation,” fill in the required fields, and in the block “Pension of another type under other laws of Ukraine or in another state, including in another state taking into account periods of employment before January 1, 1992, in the republics of the former USSR”, provide the required data and attach scanned copies of your passport and identification code.
3️⃣ During video identification — verbally notify the specialist of the Main Directorate about not receiving pension/insurance payments.
