Ukreximbank Joint-Stock Company has informed about the termination of its cooperation with the Pension Fund of Ukraine starting October 1, 2026, regarding the servicing of bank accounts of recipients of pensions, housing subsidies, allowances, and other state social benefits.
What do recipients need to do?
If you receive a pension or other social payments from the Pension Fund of Ukraine through Ukreximbank JSC, you must do the following no later than September 15, 2026:
Choose another authorized bank;
Open an account with it to receive payments;
Inform the Pension Fund of Ukraine about the change in payment method.
To do this, you need to submit an application to change the method of payment for your pension or other social benefits, specifying the details of the account opened in another authorized bank.
You can submit an application:
Online — via the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast (video instruction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPQE-8eK2NI.
In person — at any service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

Please note!
If a recipient does not choose another bank and fails to notify the Pension Fund of Ukraine, payments will be made through Ukrposhta JSC branches.
Do not postpone changing your payment method—notify the Pension Fund of Ukraine before September 15, 2026.
