The final stage of the all-Ukrainian Teacher of the Year 2025 competition in the Technology/Labor Education nomination, which was held this year in Chernivtsi, has been completed.
The competition has once again confirmed that Ukrainian teachers, despite the challenges of today, remain committed to their work and maintain high quality education.
Donetsk Oblast was well represented in the final by Elvira Kalugina, a technology/work training teacher at the Kramatorsk educational complex "Secondary school of I-III degrees No. 6 - preschool educational institution of the Kramatorsk City Council".
During the competition, she demonstrated professional competence, methodological literacy, organizational skills and a systematic approach to the educational process.
The jury noted a deep understanding of the peculiarities of teaching the subject, creativity and the ability to motivate students to create and practice.
